| Italian noodles
are different from Asian-style noodles mainly due to different
types wheat flour used as the main ingredient. The Italy pasta is
more often made from durum wheat semolina or durum wheat semolina flour than from soft wheat flour, which
gives pasta a light yellow color while Asian-style noodles and fresh
noodles are always made from soft wheat flour. Italian
pasta also has more variety in shapes known as spaghetti, lasagne,
penne and macaroni.
Our pasta production lines are typical Italian noodle and dry Italian pasta making process: by steaming and mixing the raw material, followed by extrusion and drying. Depending on the type the extrusion discs selected, our pasta machine can make everything from spaghetti (Italy noodles) to lasagne, penne to macaroni. |
